The data loaded in the base have been pre-reconciled, and are now sufficiently consistent so that one can pass at the stage of decentralization.
To outline the iterative cycle "Decentralisation, Work on local posts, repatriation, transversal work", and to train users to work on the tables used in the decentralisation phase.
This will be carried out by one of the administrators of the base, under the supervision of the expert.
Presentation of the different tables proposed by the module: supply/use balances, industry accounts, "who to whom" matrices" (which balance distributive transactions and financial transactions).
The tools proposed for each of these tables will be examined. Exercises taken
from the test set and practical exercises based on local data will help users
to become familiar with the various tools available.
This will be undertaken by one of the administrators of the base, under the supervision of the expert.
There will be a brief presentation of this procedure: in fact, in terms of its method and principles, it is very similar to pre-reconciliation.
The person in charge of this mission will be a national accountant with specialist knowledge of ERETES software.
About one week in the country concerned.
