Overview

Statistics Sweden has used MicroSoft tools and Silverstream to develop a number of web-forms for capturing raw statistical data. These include the use of HTML and JavaScript. Silverstream has been found to be a more integrated tool set than MicroSoft Tools.

Surveys carried out in this way include: -

• Consumption of electricity energy survey
• Compulsory school, pupils and schools divisions
• Rescue services agency
• Research libraries, stock and accession.
• Municipal and private childcare
• Social welfare for elderly persons.
