Methodological notes |

The four-yearly Labour Costs Survey (LCS) was carried out in 26 European countries. It referred to employees figuring on the payroll of enterprises with at least 10 employees in sections C - K of NACE Rev. 1. For Germany, sections K and I were not obligatory for the survey 2000. |
|
The LCS collects data on hourly, monthly and annual labour costs and cost structures as well as data on hours worked. This interactive publication only gives information on hourly labour costs. |
